At Floridian Brand, we understand that your wellness needs may evolve over time. Our Trade-In Program is designed to support existing Floridian Brand owners who wish to upgrade their massage chair while receiving fair value for their current model.
This program is available exclusively to customers who own a Floridian Brand product purchased directly from Floridian Brand.
How the Trade-In Program Works?
Our process is straightforward, transparent, and handled with care by our team.
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Reach out to our Trade-In Specialist or Client Relations Team to begin the evaluation process.
Step 2: Chair Evaluation
We will review:
- Your Floridian Brand model
- Purchase date
- Overall condition
- Usage history
- Service records (if applicable)
Photos and serial numbers may be requested to assist with accurate valuation.
Step 3: Trade-In Value Review
Once reviewed, we will provide a trade-in value estimate that may be applied toward the purchase of a new Floridian Brand massage chair.
Trade-In Value Depreciation
To ensure consistency and fairness across all trade-in evaluations:
- Trade-in value decreases by $500 to $1,000 every six (6) months
- Depreciation is calculated from the original delivery date
- Overall condition, functionality, and service history are considered during evaluation
This structured approach allows us to provide transparent, reasonable, and predictable trade-in assessments, while accounting for the individual condition of each chair.
Program Eligibility & Important Notes
The Floridian Brand Trade-In Program is available to original owners of Floridian Brand massage chairs purchased directly from Floridian Brand or through an authorized Floridian Brand dealer or distributor and used under normal residential conditions.
Participation in the Trade-In Program is subject to the following terms:
- Trade-in eligibility, valuation, and final approval are determined solely by Floridian Brand
- Trade-in value is based on the original delivery date, model, condition, functionality, service history, and market considerations
- Trade-in value decreases by $500–$1,000 every six (6) months, depending on the condition and overall assessment of the chair
- Photos, serial numbers, and additional documentation may be required to complete the evaluation
- Final trade-in value may be adjusted following inspection or verification
Trade-in credit:
- Is non-transferable
- Has no cash value
- May only be applied toward the purchase of a new Floridian Brand massage chair
- Cannot be combined with unauthorized promotions unless approved by Floridian Brand
Floridian Brand reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, or discontinue the Trade-In Program at any time without prior notice. Participation in the program does not guarantee acceptance or a specific trade-in value.
All trade-in determinations are final upon confirmation by Floridian Brand.
