Return Policy

At Floridian Brand, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. We carefully match each product to your needs, and we encourage you to give your body time to adjust to your new chair — it may take a few days to fully experience the benefits.

Eligibility

  • Residential Orders – Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Commercial Orders – Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-defective items; conditions and fees apply.
  • Open Box, Clearance, Floor Models, Discontinued, or Custom Orders – Final sale, not eligible for return.



Return Conditions

  • All returns must be initiated through floridianbrandusa.com.
  • Products must be in as-new condition with no visible damage.
  • Original packaging is required; additional fees apply if missing.
  • Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees, including initial delivery charges.
  • Returns may be subject to a 0–30% restocking fee depending on the make and model.
  • If a shipment is refused upon delivery, all related shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

Return Process

  1. Submit your request within 14 days of delivery via our Contact Us form.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the product back in the original packaging within 7 days of RMA issuance.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Partial refunds may apply for incomplete or damaged returns.

Need a Pickup?

  • Returns within 14 days may be scheduled for pickup with a 20% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping.
  • Discontinued models are not returnable; repair or exchange options are available.
  • Returns after cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window.
  • Customer pays shipping and white glove delivery fees unless the product is defective.
  • Defective products will be exchanged for the same model at no additional cost.

Damages

  • Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery slip.
  • Take photos of the damage and contact us immediately so we can file a claim.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (pillows, linens, mattress toppers, protectors, braces, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom orders or products in non-standard colors.
  • Model closeouts, discontinued items, and floor models.
  • Gift cards and sale items.

Customer Responsibility

  • Clearly display the RA # on your return shipment.
  • Use reputable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with tracking and proof of delivery.
  • Ensure all products are complete with manuals, accessories, and packaging. Missing components may result in partial refunds or rejection of the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
