- Floridian Brand provides professional massage chair moving, relocation, and setup services performed by trained personnel when such services are formally scheduled, approved, and agreed upon in advance. While every reasonable effort is made to handle each chair with care, the customer understands that moving heavy and complex equipment involves inherent risks.
- Floridian Brand is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or mechanical issues related to the age, condition, or prior use of the massage chair. The customer represents that the chair is in suitable condition to be moved at the time of service.
- Floridian Brand shall not be held liable for damage resulting from factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to building conditions, staircases, elevators, tight access points, uneven surfaces, or structural limitations of the property.
- For massage chairs not originally purchased from Floridian Brand, any existing warranty coverage is governed solely by the original manufacturer or seller. Floridian Brand makes no representations regarding third-party warranty coverage.
- Moving services are provided as a standalone paid service and do not include product warranties, service guarantees, or insurance coverage beyond what is expressly stated in writing. Warranty coverage may be affected if a chair has been previously moved, serviced, or modified by unauthorized third parties.
Scope of Work & Verbal Requests
Floridian Brand is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from assistance that falls outside the agreed-upon scope of work.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal or informal requests made directly to an employee, contractor, or affiliated individual
- Assistance provided as a personal favor or courtesy
- Any moving, lifting, repositioning, or handling not expressly authorized as part of a scheduled and documented Floridian Brand service
- Any such assistance is considered a personal interaction between the customer and the individual, and does not constitute an authorized Floridian Brand service. Floridian Brand assumes no responsibility or liability for actions taken outside a formally approved service agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the chair, location, access conditions, and potential obstacles prior to service. Floridian Brand reserves the right to refuse, delay, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was disclosed.
Release of Liability
By proceeding with the service, the customer releases and holds harmless Floridian Brand, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the moving service, except in cases of gross negligence directly related to an authorized and agreed-upon service.
